Bvlgari seeks a Continuous Improvement & Transformation Project Manager in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Lead strategic transformation initiatives driving process optimization and digital innovation across the luxury watchmaking and jewellery group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic transformation projects aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating digital transformation across multiple business divisions
- Conduct needs analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholder teams to challenge existing practices and define new operational approaches aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a bridge between business departments and technical teams (internal developers, Data & AI specialists, SAP engineers) to translate operational requirements into concrete solutions
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks to identify optimization levers and drive sustainable process enhancement
- Champion change management initiatives, fostering collaborative dynamics across diverse functional teams and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing cross-functional transformation and optimization projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL query formulation and data analysis for operational insights
- Competency with business intelligence and reporting tools, specifically Power BI or comparable platforms
- Strong interest in and foundational knowledge of digital transformation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence applications
