Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation benchmarking and salary surveys across the Americas to produce market insights and proposed salary bands.
  • Develop and maintain salary benchmarks and provide strategic guidance to managers on pay decisions and calibration.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle: prepare and consolidate data, run increase calibrations and bonus calculations, and communicate outcomes to the business.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Assist in building and controlling the Staff Cost budget; monitor actuals versus budget and produce monthly variance analysis.
  • Prepare detailed cost-controlling reports and presentations for senior management and collaborate with Finance for forecasting.
  • Coordinate annual report reviews and produce ad-hoc compensation and benefits analyses (e.g., base vs. variable compensation, overtime).
  • Maintain and leverage HRIS and compensation management tools to manage data, automate processes and deliver actionable dashboards.
  • Support the drafting and continuous update of compensation and benefits policies, including commission plan governance.
  • Conduct audits of compensation programs to ensure compliance and identify process improvements; propose automation and AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in cost controlling and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and modelling.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, Power Automate and Microsoft Forms for reporting and process automation.
  • Foundational understanding of AI and prompt management principles applied to HR processes.
  • Prior exposure to the luxury retail sector is desirable.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred; professional compensation certifications (CCP, CBP) strongly valued.
