Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive compensation surveys across the Americas region, analyzing market trends and providing strategic insights to maintain competitive positioning
  • Develop and propose robust salary benchmarks that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness across all regional markets
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, consolidation, increase calibration, bonus calculations, and stakeholder communication
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processes with precision and timeliness
  • Build, manage, and monitor staff cost budgets, tracking actual versus budgeted expenditure on a monthly basis
  • Analyze compensation and benefits costs to ensure strict alignment with budgetary constraints and financial targets
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost dynamics and compensation metrics for senior management review
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting to forecast and manage HR-related expenses accurately
  • Coordinate annual report reviews encompassing data collection, consolidation, and analytical insights
  • Generate ad-hoc reports supporting HR Business Partners and retail performance teams on KPIs including base versus variable compensation and overtime metrics
  • Support the development and continuous refinement of compensation and benefits policies, including commission plan structures
  • Identify process optimization opportunities through technology and AI integration to enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Certification in Compensation and Benefits such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional)
  • Proven experience in cost controlling and financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms
  • Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS platform
  • Understanding of AI and prompt management principles
  • Background within the luxury retail sector
