Role & Responsibilities
- Program and develop CNC programs for prototypes, small series and technically complex components, ensuring manufacturability and adherence to specifications.
- Participate in design and industrialisation reviews to optimise product design and standardise processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring technical developments in tooling and machining processes.
- Manage project production from program release through to delivery, ensuring product quality, cost and lead‑time targets are met.
- Ensure process stability and maintain traceability of improvements and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and production teams to optimise machine allocation and throughput across equipment.
- Report production issues promptly to support departments and contribute to cross‑functional problem‑solving groups.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent (CFC, ETS or higher).
- 3–5 years' experience in CNC programming applied to highly complex precision parts.
- Proven competency in programming 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machines, including multi‑spindle and re‑start operations.
- Experience in watchmaking (habillage) or precision mechanical environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with DNC systems and CAM/CFAO workflows; knowledge of GibbsCam and Proconnect and experience with Bumotec S191 or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on CNC programming and setup experience for high‑complexity parts; experience in horology or precision mechanics is highly desirable.
Education
Technical diploma in mechanics or microtechnology (CFC, ETS or equivalent).
