Role & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines and multi-axis machining centres (3- and 5-axis) within the mechanical production area.
- Perform machine setup and prepare programs for production runs.
- Manage machine-to-work assignment and ensure adherence to production scheduling.
- Carry out quality inspections of semi-finished components to guarantee the high precision and surface standards required by the maison.
- Comply with company safety procedures and maintain an orderly, documented workstation.
- Work collaboratively within a team operating on a three-shift rotation and perform overtime as required.
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or vocational technical qualification (istituto professionale).
- Solid understanding of technical drawing and competence with precision measuring instruments.
- Proven experience with milling machines and machining centres (3- and 5-axis).
- Familiarity with CNC control languages; Fanuc and Siemens are preferred.
- High attention to detail, precision and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Availability to work a three-shift roster and occasional overtime.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or mechanical production, ideally in high-precision components for luxury watches or jewellery.
Education
High-school diploma or vocational/technical qualification (istituto professionale) in a mechanical or technical discipline.
