Bulgari Client Welcoming Trainee internship in Zurich, Switzerland – 6 months, September 2026–February 2027. Luxury boutique hospitality role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Extend a warm and professional welcome to all clients visiting the boutique, establishing a welcoming first impression aligned with Bulgari's luxury standards
  • Guide and manage client traffic flow within the store to optimize the shopping experience and ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and maintain sales areas to ensure a pristine, aesthetically refined environment consistent with brand presentation
  • Deliver personalized service to clients, including complimentary refreshment offerings and support for special deliveries
  • Execute administrative tasks and respond to incoming telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operational needs and contribute to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field
  • Demonstrated genuine interest in luxury retail and appreciation for craftsmanship and excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and German (additional languages are an asset)
  • Valid internship agreement signed by an educational institution
  • Customer-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with modern digital tools and systems
