Bulgari seeks a Client Engagement & Campaigns Specialist in Rome to manage omnichannel CRM campaigns and optimise customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and execution of CRM campaigns targeting prospects and customers across online and offline channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, analysis and benchmarking to optimise engagement and effectiveness.
- Support implementation of the omnichannel strategy, ensuring consistency across channels and contributing to improvements in content relevance, channel mix and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with key moments of the customer journey.
- Adapt global campaigns for regional and local markets to ensure relevance while preserving brand consistency.
- Prepare guidelines, documentation and training materials for regional teams to ensure standardised execution.
- Manage coordination and operational follow-up to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and accurately.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies and enhanced customer engagement.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to coordinate target audience selection and bespoke communication plans for in‑store activations across international markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing or campaign management (at least 3 years preferred).
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to execution quality and brand consistency.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to campaign optimisation.

Experience
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, digital marketing or campaign management, with demonstrable exposure to multi-channel campaign execution and performance analysis.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related discipline.
