Bulgari Client Advisor position in Venice, Italy. Full-time luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience and fluency in English and Italian.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities from all store visitors, managing the complete sales process from welcome through final packaging according to established service standards
  • Represent and promote the Bulgari brand both within the store and at external networking events, engaging and acquiring prospective clients
  • Manage all customer interactions with professionalism and discretion, whether for browsing, purchases, after-sales services, or complaints resolution
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators through targeted sales strategy and customer relationship development
  • Enrich and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information, ensuring data quality aligns with defined KPIs
  • Develop and nurture prospects within the CRM database through proactive outreach and personalized relationship-building activities
  • Execute all one-to-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Director, including after-sales services such as watch maintenance follow-up
  • Maintain all front-of-shop areas in pristine condition with products displayed in strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Perform after-sales service activities with dedication to customer satisfaction restoration and retention
  • Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines regarding security, compliance, fiscal, and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Genuine passion for luxury watches and jewelry
  • Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding customer orientation and service mindset
