Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome all clients and prospects with exceptional service, ensuring no customer leaves with a negative impression
  • Deliver customized product advice and guide clients through the complete sales journey from initial greeting to final packaging, utilizing appropriate selling techniques
  • Manage High Jewellery, High-End Watches, and High-End sales with accountability for overall performance
  • Build and maintain personalized, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
  • Capture, update, and leverage client data within CRM systems to support client development, follow-ups, and personalized multi-channel communications
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate, helpful information to clients
  • Ensure after-sales services are handled seamlessly, including follow-ups and issue resolution, delivering consistently high client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate passion and empathy for all clients, continuously anticipating and exceeding their future desires
  • Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, fiscal, and legal compliance
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and guidelines concerning client data protection and store operations
  • Ensure the shop's front area is clean and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices in delivering excellence
  • Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators by maximizing all sales opportunities
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury jewellery retail
  • Demonstrated expertise in clienteling and luxury sales
  • Proven experience in high-end retail or luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and service standards
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client management platforms
