Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Sydney, Australia to drive sales of high jewellery and watches across flagship boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) and High End (HE) product ranges, meeting store sales targets and service KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience from welcome through packaging, applying consultative selling techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling and accurate CRM capture, segmentation and follow-up.
- Manage after-sales service and client issue resolution to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain brand and store standards: adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, keep front-of-house presentation impeccable and apply all sales-related procedures (discounts, security, fiscal and legal).
- Comply with WHS policies and all regulations concerning client data and store operations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and store management to share client insights, product feedback and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury jewellery or high-end retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Proven experience selling high jewellery and/or luxury watches.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management abilities with experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, compliance and visual merchandising standards.

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury jewellery or high-end retail, with a proven track record of selling high jewellery and watches and developing a personal client portfolio.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline desirable.
