Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to elevate the clienteling experience and boost sales performance.
- Engage and develop new clientele by offering personalized advice and introducing them to the brand's offerings.
- Oversee the sales process in alignment with delivery standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs, adhering to all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Handle all after-sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the luxury business.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the luxury sector is required.
