Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, world-class luxury service at every client touchpoint and embody the BVLGARI brand experience.
- Execute the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony and tailor presentations to clients’ lifestyles, needs and motivations to drive high-end conversions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive outreach.
- Develop, expand and retain a high-value client portfolio using strategic follow-ups, referrals and relationship-building.
- Utilize CRM tools and digital clienteling platforms to track client activity, personalise communications and maximise retention.
- Represent BVLGARI at private client events, in-store activations and high-profile engagements as a brand ambassador.
- Support boutique operational excellence including inventory control, visual merchandising, product replenishment and daily opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in luxury retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to engage and sell to high-net-worth clients through discreet, consultative interactions.
- Fluency in luxury storytelling with deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design and brand heritage.
- Exceptional interpersonal presence; confident, adaptable and service-oriented.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial initiative.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital clienteling platforms; tech-savvy approach to client management.
- Multilingual ability is advantageous for serving an international clientele.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or fine jewellery/watch sales with documented sales performance and HNW client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in luxury business, sales, fashion or hospitality is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Short Hills, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 32.31 per hour.
