Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Shanghai to drive sales of jewellery, watches and accessories in a boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of boutique products including jewellery, watches and accessories, achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities to increase client loyalty and lifetime value.
- Rapidly acquire and maintain up-to-date product knowledge for jewellery, timepieces and accessories.
- Coordinate with after‑sales/service teams to manage client repair and maintenance requests.
- Ensure the boutique environment consistently meets brand standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness and presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational secondary education (or equivalent).
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail sales; prior experience selling jewellery, watches or leather goods preferred.
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of boutique retail operations and customer service best practices.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

At least 3 years of boutique luxury sales experience; candidates with direct experience selling jewellery, watches or premium leather goods will be prioritised.
