Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless, personalized luxury experiences that create memorable client interactions and foster brand loyalty
- Master and execute the Bulgari Selling Ceremony, tailoring engagement strategies to individual client needs, lifestyle, and motivations
- Communicate the brand's passion, heritage, and craftsmanship values to build deep emotional connections with clients
- Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, driving revenue through high-end and exclusive offerings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to repeat and new clientele
- Expand the client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-up communications
- Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to segment, engage, track, and retain high-value clients
- Represent Bulgari as a brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements
- Maintain pristine boutique presentation, standards, and ambiance through visual merchandising and operational excellence

- Proven success in luxury retail with a strong record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Mastery of luxury storytelling and authentic passion for fine craftsmanship, design, and brand heritage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence, poise, and adaptability across diverse clientele
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital clienteling platforms
