Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience, ensuring every client interaction is memorable and reflects Bulgari's brand values
- Master the Bulgari Selling Ceremony and tailor the approach to each client's needs, lifestyle, and motivations
- Convey the passion, heritage, and values of Bulgari, fostering deep client connections and brand loyalty
- Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and boutique performance goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor
