BVLGARI in New York seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury client experiences and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, memorable luxury service across every client interaction and consistently uphold BVLGARI brand standards in-store.
  • Apply the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony and tailored storytelling to present product heritage, craftsmanship and desirability to clients.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through curated experiences and high-ticket selling.
  • Develop, expand and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients via strategic outreach, referrals, follow-ups and discreet relationship management.
  • Use CRM and digital clienteling tools to record client data, track preferences and run targeted retention activities.
  • Support boutique operations including inventory control, product replenishment, visual merchandising and opening/closing procedures.
  • Represent BVLGARI at private client events, in-store activations and other high-profile engagements as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ proven success in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets.
  • Proven ability to engage and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and deliver discreet, consultative service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident, adaptable and culturally aware.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital clienteling platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
