Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all clients and prospects entering the boutique, ensuring an extraordinary first impression and never allowing a customer to depart with a negative experience
- Assess client needs and preferences, providing tailored product guidance through the entire sales journey from initial consultation to final packaging
- Drive sales of High Jewellery, High End Watches, and High End categories, consistently working toward store sales and profit targets while maximizing transaction value
- Build and maintain strong, personalized client relationships to foster loyalty, repeat purchases, and long-term brand advocacy
- Capture, update, and leverage client data within CRM systems to deliver personalized follow-ups and communications across multiple channels
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the full Bulgari portfolio to provide accurate, compelling product information and recommendations
- Execute meticulous after-sales service including follow-ups, issue resolution, and client satisfaction verification
- Demonstrate profound empathy and passion for clients, proactively anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Adhere to all sales procedures, compliance regulations, and security protocols regarding transactions, discounts, and client data

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in client data management and CRM system usage
- Knowledge of luxury product categories, including fine jewellery, haute horlogerie, and accessories
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling in a luxury context
