Bulgari Manila Client Advisor: luxury sales role requiring 3+ years experience, fluent Tagalog/English, on-site boutique position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage all clients entering the boutique, delivering extraordinary service and creating memorable brand experiences
  • Assess client needs through active listening and provide personalized product recommendations aligned with the brand narrative
  • Execute the complete sales process from initial greeting through transaction and packaging, applying luxury selling techniques consistently
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers to the brand through CRM engagement
  • Register and manage client data within the CRM system to support personalized follow-up, client development, and after-sales service initiatives
  • Conduct one-to-one CRM activities including watch maintenance follow-ups, client outreach, and service notifications as directed
  • Manage after-sales service touchpoints, including intake of items for repair, customer interviews, data entry in SAP, and proactive communication regarding estimates, lead times, and service completion
  • Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines across all retail spaces
  • Apply all sales procedures, compliance requirements, and security protocols related to transactions, discounts, and fiscal regulations
  • Contribute to achievement of store and service KPIs through consistent performance monitoring and targeted client engagement
  • Complete online training modules and participate in scheduled development sessions to deepen product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand storytelling

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or sales experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury business practices and selling methodologies
  • Proficiency in Tagalog and English languages; fluency in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or another second language is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations
  • Proactive sales orientation with negotiation and communication capabilities
  • Familiarity with retail operating systems, CRM platforms, SAP, and point-of-sale technology
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to dynamic retail environments
