Bulgari is hiring a Client Advisor at Selfridges, London — experienced luxury jewellery & watches sales professional required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering exemplary client service and representing Bulgari’s values in every customer interaction.
- Acquire, build and maintain an active client book through proactive outreach, events and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Promote and explain product attributes to stimulate demand across jewellery and watch collections, converting opportunities into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to store KPIs and team objectives.
- Use CRM tools and techniques to manage client data, track opportunities and personalise follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to identify community and event opportunities that increase brand awareness and client loyalty.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of front-of-house areas and ensure product displays meet brand visual standards.
- Support a positive store environment by being professional, approachable and knowledgeable at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling jewellery and watches, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM systems and clienteling techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial/business acumen.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in retail, luxury goods, sales or a related field preferred.
