Bvlgari London (Harrods) seeks a full‑time Client Advisor to deliver luxury jewellery and watch service on‑site in London.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client experience for all visitors — from browsers to VIPs — in line with Bvlgari’s Selling Experience standards.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, meet individual targets and contribute to overall store KPIs.
- Maintain and update client records in the company CRM and execute tailored 1-to-1 CRM initiatives according to guidelines.
- Handle complex client complaints with diplomacy, proposing resolutions that protect the brand’s reputation.
- Act as liaison between clients and local/central service departments to ensure follow‑through on post‑sale requests and CARE issues.
- Remain fully compliant with company policies and procedures relating to discounts, security, fiscal responsibilities and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery and/or watches.
- Proven track record of high‑value sales and meeting commercial targets in a flagship or premium boutique environment.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong client‑centric mindset with superior interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Minimum five years’ progressive experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery and watches or a comparable high‑value product environment; experience in flagship or prestige department store locations (e.g., Harrods) is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in hospitality, business, luxury retail or a related discipline preferred.
