Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Suzhou, China to sell jewelry and watches and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of jewelry, watches and accessories within the boutique, meeting individual and store targets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to build loyalty and generate repeat business; proactively identify sales opportunities.
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date product knowledge of jewelry, horology and accessories to deliver informed, consultative selling.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to manage customer repair and maintenance requests and follow through until resolution.
- Ensure the boutique environment adheres to company standards for visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness.
- Execute daily retail operations including clienteling, order processing, POS transactions and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational secondary school certificate (minimum).
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or boutique retail sales; prior experience selling jewelry, watches or leather goods preferred.
- Familiarity with daily retail boutique operations and point-of-sale procedures.
- Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.

Experience
At least three years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with direct exposure to jewelry, watches or premium leather goods and proven ability to work within a boutique team and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or vocational secondary education (minimum).
