Bulgari in Xi'an seeks a Client Advisor — Jewellery & Watches to drive boutique sales and client loyalty in Xi'an.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for jewellery, watches and accessories through proactive client engagement and personalised service.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to increase loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge of jewellery, timepieces and accessories; communicate technical and storytelling elements to clients.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to manage repair and maintenance requests and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure the boutique environment adheres to company standards for visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational secondary education (minimum).
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages considered an asset.
- Minimum three years' sales experience with luxury brands; experience selling jewellery, watches or leather goods preferred.
- Solid understanding of boutique retail operations and customer service protocols.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, high integrity and a customer-centric attitude.

At least three years' experience in sales within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated success selling jewellery, watches or leather goods and familiarity with daily boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or vocational secondary qualification (or equivalent).
