Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete the 1,500‑hour Master programme: 510 hours of classroom lectures, 150 hours of personal study and 840 hours of in‑store internship within an LVMH Maison.
  • Participate in Master Classes delivered by the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza and LVMH Maisons covering sales excellence and customer experience.
  • Undertake practical client advisory and sales exercises, including role plays and in‑store clienteling activities during the internship placement.
  • Attend visits to stores and coaching sessions with sales experts; apply learnings to daily retail operations and customer interactions.
  • Undergo continuous assessment and take part in evaluation activities required by the programme (tests, interviews, assessment day).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Laurea Triennale) or equivalent — degree recognition will be verified during pre‑selection.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (target level: C1).
  • Sensitivity to luxury, strong customer‑service orientation and professional seriousness.
  • Basic knowledge of a third language preferred (examples: Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic).
  • Programme open to unemployed candidates; selection follows Gi Group pre‑screening and assessment procedures.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required; the programme is designed for recent graduates and early‑career candidates. The 840‑hour in‑store internship provides substantive hands‑on experience within an LVMH Maison.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Laurea Triennale) or equivalent required.
