Bulgari in Ho Chi Minh City seeks a Client Advisor to deliver personalized luxury service, manage CRM and achieve boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalised, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Deliver expert, tailored product advice across jewellery and watches, using strong storytelling to communicate the Maison’s heritage and savoir‑faire.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contribute to KPIs and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
- Accurately record and update client data in the CRM to enable targeted clienteling and follow‑up activities.
- Manage the client experience end‑to‑end, including aftercare and elegant resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share client insights, support store visual and operational standards, and ensure compliance with HQ policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail or client‑facing sales, preferably in jewellery, watches or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of luxury business practices, store procedures and CRM/clienteling methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth clients.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury retail or client‑facing sales roles, preferably with experience selling jewellery, watches or premium accessories and handling VIP clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in luxury retail, sales or a related discipline is preferred.
