Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Hanoi to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalised relationships with high-value and frequent clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Use client data and purchase history to tailor recommendations, anticipate needs and proactively generate new sales opportunities.
- Deliver expert product advice across watches and jewellery, presenting brand heritage and storytelling according to the Maison's selling ceremony.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
- Accurately record and update client interactions and profiles in the CRM to enable targeted follow-up and aftercare.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share client insights, maintain boutique standards and support store operations.
- Ensure compliance with HQ guidelines regarding client data, store procedures and loss-prevention measures; resolve aftercare issues with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable selling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury product categories, brand storytelling and clienteling methodologies.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and store operation applications; comfort recording detailed client data accurately.
- Commitment to presenting the Maison with discretion, empathy and service excellence.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years in a client-facing luxury retail role, with proven track record in client development, CRM-driven selling and meeting boutique sales targets; experience with watches and/or high-jewelry strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary training in business, luxury retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
