Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide all clients regardless of visit purpose (browsing, purchase, after-sales), understanding and anticipating their needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Master comprehensive product knowledge of Maison offerings and develop 360° vision of Bulgari's activity across all channels
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales objectives by deploying effective selling techniques including upselling, cross-selling, and multi-channel coordination
  • Develop and strengthen long-lasting client relationships, fostering repeat purchases across in-store, remote, and e-commerce touchpoints
  • Manage client portfolio with accurate records and up-to-date information, ensuring seamless communication via phone, email, and messaging
  • Optimize clienteling tasks using digital tools including private appointment follow-up, stock inventory systems, wishlists, and personalized catalogues
  • Execute back-office operations including data entry, product receiving, daily closures, stock counting, and AFSS processing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests in a timely manner while maintaining the highest service standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end luxury boutique
  • Demonstrated passion for jewelry, watches, and accessories with excellent selling skills
  • Strong networking capabilities and proven ability to build authentic relationships with clients and team members
  • Excellent communication skills with sales-driven mindset
  • Flexibility, rigor, and organizational capability, with demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
