Bulgari is hiring a Client Advisor in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia — permanent, on-site role focused on High Jewellery and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of High Jewellery, High Watches and high-end product ranges to meet boutique targets while delivering personalised, best-in-class client experiences.
  • Greet and consult clients across all touchpoints, accurately assessing needs and guiding discovery and purchase through expert product storytelling and refined sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through structured clienteling, proactive follow-ups and meticulous use of CRM to capture and leverage client data.
  • Manage after-sales service and issue resolution to preserve client satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Uphold store operations, compliance and security procedures (discounts, fiscal and legal processes), and ensure front-of-house presentation adheres to visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and boutique management to share client intelligence, optimise service delivery and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Comply with WHS policies and internal guidelines governing client data privacy and operational best practice.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury jewellery, haute horlogerie or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record in clientelling and achieving sales targets within a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver empathetic, discreet and personalised client service appropriate to ultra-luxury clientele.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined client data management.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising expectations, store procedures and compliance requirements.

Experience
