Bulgari seeks an experienced Client Advisor for its Brisbane boutique. Join the iconic Italian luxury jewellery brand and deliver exceptional service whilst driving sales across high jewellery and premium watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage all clients and prospects entering the store, delivering an extraordinary service experience regardless of their intent
- Assess client needs and provide personalized product guidance, managing the complete sales journey from initial consultation through to final packaging
- Drive sales performance for high jewellery, high-end watches, and premium watch collections, contributing to store targets and key performance indicators
- Build and maintain strong, personalized client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Capture and manage client data within CRM systems, utilizing insights to support follow-ups and deliver tailored communications across multiple channels
- Develop and sustain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate, compelling information and expert advice
- Ensure seamless after-sales service and issue resolution, demonstrating empathy and anticipating client needs to exceed expectations
- Uphold all sales procedures, compliance regulations, and security protocols related to transactions, client data, and store operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the front-of-store environment is immaculate and product displays align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices within a dynamic, unified team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury jewellery retail or high-end retail environments
- Proven expertise in clienteling and sophisticated sales techniques within luxury or hospitality sectors
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture client relationships with warmth, empathy, and genuine engagement
- Demonstrated competency in CRM systems and client data management
- Strong product knowledge capabilities with the ability to master complex luxury collections rapidly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury jewellery retail, high-end retail, or luxury hospitality environments. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences whilst achieving sales targets in a sophisticated retail setting.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further training in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
