Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business; utilize client information, preferences, and purchasing history to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience
  • Proactively engage with clients through in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, retail environment, competitive landscape, and brand storytelling
  • Deliver expert guidance and assistance during client shopping experiences, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute actively to store KPIs through effective selling techniques and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new revenue opportunities
  • Create desire for the brand through exceptional storytelling about Bulgari's heritage and savoir-faire, following the Maison's selling ceremony
  • Ensure aftercare service excellence and resolve client issues elegantly and promptly
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clientele
  • Embody LVMH culture and serve as an ambassador of organizational values
  • Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from headquarters concerning client data management and store operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of luxury retail or client-facing experience in a luxury brand environment
  • Knowledge of luxury business practices and heritage brand storytelling
  • Proficiency in CRM techniques, tools, and systems
  • Strong understanding of store procedures, processes, and retail operations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proven sales track record and achievement of targets in a luxury context
