Bvlgari Client Advisor
Bulgari in Bangkok seeks a Client Advisor to deliver personalised luxury service, manage CRM and achieve retail KPIs. Full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, personalised relationships with clients to drive loyalty, repeat business and lifetime value.
- Use client data (preferences, purchase history) and CRM tools to tailor recommendations, schedule follow-ups and identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver expert product advice and storytelling that communicates the Maison’s heritage and technical savoir‑faire throughout the selling ceremony.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contribute to store KPIs and actively cross-sell and upsell complementary products and services.
- Provide exemplary aftercare, manage client enquiries and ensure issues are resolved with discretion and brand-appropriate service.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share client insights, contribute to store presentation standards and support operational tasks.
- Ensure full compliance with HQ guidelines on data protection, client information management and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai and English; additional fluency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Minimum five years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, jewellery or high-end watches.
- Demonstrable expertise in luxury selling techniques, clienteling and CRM-driven relationship management.
- Proficiency with store operations and CRM systems; familiarity with data-entry best practices and retail applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, adaptability and a proven ability to create memorable client experiences.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive, client-facing experience in luxury retail or jewellery/watches, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary or vocational qualification in retail, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
