Bvlgari Paris seeks Client Advisor & Sales Support for luxury jewelry boutique. Full-time CDI position in Île-de-France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, provide expert product consultation, and execute sales transactions for Bvlgari jewelry, watches, and accessories
  • Maintain comprehensive customer database and manage all sales administration including transaction recording and point-of-sale operations
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and group-wide commercial initiatives
  • Execute complete inventory management operations including receipt, control, and labeling of merchandise; conduct regular stock audits
  • Oversee after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction follow-up procedures
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with all security protocols
  • Coordinate with headquarters and sister boutiques to ensure operational consistency and knowledge transfer
  • Perform additional duties as required to support regular store operations under management direction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within luxury sector, preferably jewelry and watchmaking
  • Advanced product knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces with ability to articulate complex product features
  • Demonstrated excellence in luxury customer service delivery and client relationship management
  • Strong command of sales techniques and consultative selling methodology
  • Proficiency in French and English mandatory; fluency in a third language preferred
