Bulgari Dubai seeks a Client Advisor and Sales Support (Mandarin preferred) to deliver luxury clienteling, sales and after‑sales service in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage all customers and prospects entering the boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience across browsing, purchase and after‑sales interactions.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored product advice that introduces and reinforces the brand story and collections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively cultivate new clientele to grow the customer base.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process according to brand delivery standards (welcome through packaging), applying advanced selling techniques to meet store targets.
- Capture and update client data in the CRM system to enable personalised follow‑up and client development activities.
- Execute CRM one‑to‑one actions and CRM AFSS tasks (e.g., follow‑up on watch maintenance) as directed by the Store Manager.
- Adhere to all sales procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, fiscal and legal requirements.
- Maintain front‑of‑house presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Perform front‑of‑house after‑sales activities: receive items for repair, conduct client interviews, record entries in SAP, provide estimates/lead‑time updates and manage invoicing and returns while restoring customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and attend in‑person training to deepen knowledge of collections, selling techniques, brand heritage, security and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury; ideally 5+ years within Bulgari or a comparable luxury/fashion or high‑jewelry brand.
- Proven experience in clienteling and Customer Relationship Management techniques, including CRM system usage.
- Demonstrable after‑sales experience handling repairs, estimates and SAP data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and customer service skills with integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with Visual Merchandising standards and boutique operational procedures.

Education
