Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an inspirational, personalised and luxurious shopping experience from welcome to packaging, maximising every sales opportunity.
- Manage the full sales process using approved selling techniques to achieve store and service KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and one‑to‑one CRM activities.
- Register and update client data in the CRM system; execute personalised follow‑ups and targeted client communications.
- Act as the boutique point‑of‑contact for after‑sales front‑office tasks: intake of repairs, customer interviews, data entry in SAP, liaising on estimates, lead times and returns until invoicing.
- Support colleagues in daily boutique operations and ensure front‑of‑house areas and product displays comply with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Complete mandatory online training modules and participate in scheduled training to deepen product, selling and service knowledge.
- Apply all sales‑related procedures and internal guidelines to preserve brand standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewellery or watches.
- Proven clienteling and negotiation skills with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset.
- Experience with CRM processes and after‑sales workflows; working knowledge of SAP desirable.
- High levels of discretion, integrity and a service‑oriented attitude aligned with luxury brand standards.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within high jewellery or watches, with demonstrable skills in client development, CRM and after‑sales case management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or luxury brand management preferred.
