Bvlgari Celebrity Relations Coordinator
Bulgari in Los Angeles seeks a Celebrity Relations Coordinator to manage VIP dressings, gifting, talent placements and LA office operations. Full-time, on-site.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all VIP dressing activity for North America: curate lookbooks, secure product (PR sets, store stock, high jewellery, gifting) and coordinate internal movement between teams and locations.
- Organize and execute loans and returns, overseeing logistics such as security guards, GPS tracking, condition checks and courier coordination.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory across internal systems; place orders, track items and ensure accurate, up-to-date records and condition reporting.
- Partner with the Global Celebrity Relations team on awards season strategy, talent targeting and placement priorities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stylists, stylist assistants, vendors, retail staff and cross-functional peers to facilitate placements, events and editorial needs.
- Support Communications with editorial loans, campaign and event preparations, and regional talent-related requirements.
- Manage vendor relations and invoice processing in collaboration with procurement and accounting to ensure timely payments and accurate accounts.
- Keep internal reference materials current, including contact lists, dressing recaps, event and project summaries and gifting activation documentation.
- Provide administrative oversight for the Los Angeles office and assist the Celebrity Relations Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Work non-traditional hours as required to support VIP events, stylist appointments and high-priority requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in the fashion industry, with demonstrated exposure to VIP/entertainment talent relations.
- Deep knowledge of and interest in the entertainment industry and celebrity landscape.
- High availability, responsiveness and the ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- LA-based and able to work on-site regularly.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands-on experience in the fashion industry, ideally within a VIP/entertainment or talent-relations capacity supporting celebrity dressings, gifting, placements and events.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related discipline.
