Role & Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic self-inspection of components and finished watch cases
- Execute assembly and mounting of watch case elements according to horological manufacturing specifications
- Conduct systematic waterproofness testing of completed cases
- Identify process deviations and anomalies, escalating issues promptly for resolution
- Maintain performance standards by adhering to production cadences and quality requirements
- Participate in company-wide improvement initiatives and continuous enhancement projects
