The Brand Marketing Planning and Coordination Manager leads the development, coordination, and execution of global marketing strategies and project briefs, translating brand ambition and business priorities into actionable direction. The role leads cross-functional initiatives through launch and ensures consistent, high-quality delivery. The position is full-time and permanent, governed by the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define global brand marketing frameworks and strategies, translating brand ambition, business objectives, consumer insights, and market opportunities into clear priorities.
- Develop clear, compelling, and actionable global project briefs that provide a strong strategic foundation for execution.
- Integrate and critically assess input from Marketing & Communication, Sales, Training, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic consistency and relevance.
- Lead complex, high-profile, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from strategic definition through launch.
- Manage project governance, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Drive creative and lateral thinking, challenging conventional approaches to deliver distinctive and impactful brand experiences.
- Partner with the Research & Insights team to define project KPIs and success criteria, assessing executional excellence, strategic contribution, brand impact, and business relevance.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder, global projects from strategic definition through execution.
- Previous experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands is highly valued.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience
5–7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, project management, strategic consulting, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience.
Education
University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
