Brand Ambassador – Bulgari Perfumes at Bloomingdale's New York. Luxury retail sales role combining fragrance expertise with customer engagement. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales for all Bulgari perfume brands and consistently achieve or exceed individual and event sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences through sophisticated engagement
- Utilize consultative and suggestive selling techniques to leverage tie-in marketing and storewide promotions
- Plan, execute, and deliver event sales goals while supporting special in-store activations and brand visibility initiatives
- Report business results and observations daily and weekly to the Selling Manager in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure product replenishment and maintain luxury presentation standards throughout the in-store space
- Uphold brand grooming and uniform guidelines at all times, representing Bulgari's prestige positioning
- Support merchandising updates and collaborate with store events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail with demonstrated success in event and promotional sales goals
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others in a collaborative retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with personal accountability and results-oriented behavior
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated professionalism in client, peer, and management interactions
- Ability to build genuine relationships and deliver client-focused experiences
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced luxury retail setting
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail with proven track record of achieving event and promotional sales goals. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with management to achieve business objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, business, or luxury goods management is preferred.
