Bulgari Boutique Manager role in Ningbo, China: drive retail operations, sales, and customer relationships in a luxury watches and jewellery environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain revenues and profitability across sales, operations, and after-sales services
- Actively participate in commercial events and develop existing and new client base while projecting a positive brand image, with emphasis on personal relationship-building with top customers
- Assess store operational needs and communicate requirements to appropriate corporate and local departments, including facilities and maintenance
- Monitor and ensure optimal product display in-store (windows, counters) in accordance with brand guidelines and standards
- Train sales and back-office staff to enhance technical and product knowledge, develop sales techniques, and improve stock management capabilities
- Efficiently manage store inventory and stock-related processes
- Enforce application of security, sales, and stock procedures and protocols
- Resolve client concerns and disputes in a professional and timely manner
- Verify alignment with discount standards and payment methods applied by sales staff and authorise exceptions as required
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide tools to support staff in improving results
- Act as organizational liaison with local Marketing to implement CRM strategies and expand the customer base in both quality and quantity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations and boutique management
- Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands; specific knowledge of jewellery and watches is advantageous
- Team management and coaching proficiency
- Professional presentation and composure under pressure
- Ability to manage unpredictable tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong knowledge of marketing, media, and merchandising techniques
- IT literacy and proficiency with retail systems
- Strong selling skills and customer relationship management expertise

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations and boutique management, preferably within the luxury goods sector. Direct experience with Bulgari or comparable luxury brands is preferred.
