Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store revenue and profitability across sales, operations and after‑sales services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum five years' experience in retail operations and boutique management.
- Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or comparable luxury maisons; specific experience with jewellery and watches is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated team management, coaching and people‑development capability.
