Bulgari Americas seeks a hands-on BI and Data Solutions Analyst to deliver business intelligence and reporting solutions across the Americas, partnering with business stakeholders and reporting on a dotted line to the IT Data & Analytics Manager. The role focuses on Power BI and SQL and spans solution design, development, delivery, and user enablement. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders in Retail, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Validate requirements with key users, align priorities and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Communicate progress, issues and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models and SQL-based data solutions.
- Own delivery across the full lifecycle: requirements, functional design, development, testing and deployment.
- Align business needs with enterprise architecture and standards in collaboration with Global IT teams.
- Improve the quality, reliability and consistency of reporting assets.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency through AI.
- Drive adoption of reporting tools and self-service analytics through training and documentation.
- Help prioritize enhancements and manage a practical delivery backlog.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, including DAX, semantic models, dashboard development and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting design and KPI logic.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to independently manage analytics projects end to end, from problem definition to business adoption, in a fast-moving environment.
- Retail or luxury industry knowledge or experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in global organizations.
- Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines, such as Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure data platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
