Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain counter presentation and hygiene: wipe tester bottle rims, keep surfaces clean and tidy, and return used testers to their places promptly.
- Perform scheduled fragrance diffusion at the counter (every 30 minutes) and distribute scent strips to customers.
- Prepare and organise retail consumables and packaging materials (paper bags, ribbons) and support gift-wrapping when required.
- Support inventory activities and basic stock organisation.
- Assist customer flow and frontline hospitality: greet customers with a smile, invite them into the counter, offer water and seating, and introduce them to a beauty advisor when appropriate.
- Proactively engage customers using simple conversational prompts during busy periods and invite customers to scan corporate QR codes for sample distribution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (university, college, or vocational programme).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for cosmetics and an interest in beauty product knowledge.
- Outgoing, honest and service-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to execute tasks reliably and integrate quickly into a retail team.
- Resilient under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced customer environment.

Experience
No formal prior experience required; previous retail or beauty-counter experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to luxury cosmetics retail.
