Bvlgari seeks a Back Office Assistant intern in Cannes: 6‑month, on‑site internship starting Sept 2026 for boutique operations and inventory support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily back‑office operations for the Cannes boutique, ensuring compliance with group procedures.
- Verify consistency between goods received and invoicing and record transactions into the boutique systems.
- Manage inventory movements, organise and support cycle counts and prepare adjustments under manager supervision.
- Oversee boutique general services (post, alarms, freight lifts, fire safety) and coordinate external interventions.
- Organise deliveries and handle any required customs formalities and logistics follow‑up.
- Support customer service inquiries and act as liaison with the French headquarters and the maison in Rome.
- Coordinate boutique cash management in partnership with the accounting team and ensure adherence to security/confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to implementation and rollout of new projects in collaboration with head office.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent (Bac+4) — final‑year student or internship as part of degree.
- Excellent command of French; professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong interest in high‑jewelry and watchmaking sectors.
- Client‑service orientation with good interpersonal skills for internal and external contacts.
- Organised, structured, with analytical ability and capacity to synthesise information.
- Reactive, available and flexible to support boutique operations and ad hoc requests.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for final‑year students or recent graduates seeking a six‑month, on‑site internship in retail operations.
