Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily back‑office operations for the Cannes boutique, ensuring alignment with head office procedures.
  • Verify incoming deliveries and invoices; record transactions accurately in boutique systems and liaise with the accounting team regarding cash and till reconciliations.
  • Manage intra‑boutique stock movements, organise and support periodic and rolling inventories, and implement inventory adjustments under manager supervision.
  • Serve as the boutique’s contact for customer service follow‑up, external carriers and customs formalities for deliveries.
  • Oversee general services and facility coordination (mail, alarms, freight lift, fire safety) and coordinate interventions with external providers.
  • Ensure strict application of security and confidentiality procedures for boutique openings/closings and sensitive operations.
  • Support implementation and rollout of local projects in collaboration with the French head office and the Maison in Rome.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in or completion of higher education in business, management or a related discipline (Bac+4 level) — final‑year student or recent graduate.
  • Professional fluency in French and working proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated interest in jewellery and watchmaking sectors and strong client‑service orientation.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to synthesise information.
  • Adaptability, availability and a collaborative attitude to operate within a boutique team and with headquarters.

Experience
