Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium, personalized customer service across inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, WhatsApp and social media to B2C clients.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems; document all interactions to ensure traceability and follow‑up.
  • Troubleshoot client enquiries, diagnose root causes, escalate complex issues appropriately and report daily on escalations to the Head of Department.
  • Monitor and meet department KPIs and SLAs; contribute feedback on customer experience issues ahead of new launches, promotions and projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on retailer activity and progress against targets; support administrative tasks related to account maintenance.
  • Work scheduled shifts including rotational Saturdays and other days as required by business needs.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Experience in sales and client relationship roles within a luxury, premium retail or e‑commerce environment.
  • Customer service or contact‑centre experience delivering high‑touch service in fast‑paced, evolving settings.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP and MS Suite; comfortable documenting interactions in CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organisation, empathy and the ability to work to KPI targets under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotational weekend shifts and participate in a hybrid working pattern (onsite days per quarter).
