Bulgari seeks a German‑speaking B2C Customer Service Representative in Dublin — hybrid role supporting luxury client care and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, luxury client service across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media), ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify, qualify and convert sales leads through upselling and cross‑selling to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software to ensure traceability and continuity of service.
- Adhere to departmental KPIs and SLAs; provide daily feedback and escalation reports to the Head of Department on issues and trends.
- Diagnose root causes of client issues, resolve to final resolution when possible, and escalate appropriately for complex cases.
- Prepare regular activity and progress reports for retailers and internal stakeholders; contribute to process improvement and launch readiness reviews.
- Work flexible hours including rotational Saturday shifts and other days as business requirements dictate.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum three years' experience in customer service, client relationship management or sales within luxury retail, e‑commerce, hospitality or contact centre environments.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client experiences; skilled at upselling and cross‑selling.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills; patient, empathetic and customer‑centric.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; collaborative team player.

Education
Secondary education completed; bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
