Bulgari in Dublin seeks a B2C Customer Service Representative (French & Italian) — hybrid role providing luxury client care and sales support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver luxury-standard, personalised customer service across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media).
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage client relationships and account records; perform daily and weekly reporting against targets and call schedules.
  • Record and document all client interactions in CRM; escalate and follow up on complex issues to resolution.
  • Monitor department KPIs and provide proactive feedback to Head of Department on trends, escalations and customer experience risks.
  • Support test-and-learn activities for launches, promotions and mass mailings by identifying potential negative impacts on customer experience.
  • Work a rotational schedule that may include Saturday shifts and other business-driven variations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer service, client relationship or sales experience in luxury retail, e‑commerce or hospitality environments.
  • Proven track record in converting enquiries into sales and meeting sales KPIs and SLAs.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, French and Italian.
  • Excellent written communication and editorial accuracy for client-facing correspondence.
  • Demonstrable patience, empathy and resilience when resolving complex client issues.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience
