Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and retain a discerning clientele through exceptional, personalised service and clienteling.
- Drive sales of Bvlgari jewellery, watches and accessories and ensure thorough after‑sales follow-up.
- Coordinate daily merchandising and product launches by monitoring deliveries, conducting quality control and organising in‑store placement.
- Optimise stock rotation and replenishment, escalate shortages or slow‑moving items to management, and participate in inventory cycles.
- Ensure strict compliance with cash, security and product presentation procedures, modeling exemplary conduct.
- Support boutique operations to guarantee service quality, including administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, openings/closings and visual updates.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in planning and executing in‑store events and act as the senior point of contact in the manager's absence.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' management experience within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven commercial acumen with expertise in luxury sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Sound understanding of boutique financial and budgetary management.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex product assortments.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated leadership, sales accountability and operational oversight of a boutique.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, luxury management or related field preferred.
