Bulgari seeks an Assistant Store Manager in New York to lead boutique sales growth, manage retail operations, and support the Store Director in delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve store targets and identify opportunities with high-net-worth individual clientele
- Monitor and optimize sales team KPIs through strategic interventions, coaching, and hands-on floor leadership
- Enhance sales techniques and actively mentor the team on client engagement best practices and event execution
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand vision and critical control points
- Train the sales team in CRM tools and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies for repeat business
- Direct, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for both financial performance and exceptional client relations
- Provide regular performance feedback on client interactions and service quality delivery
- Collaborate with HR on talent development and succession planning to foster career progression within the team

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a comparable luxury retail environment
