Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and hand-cut or die-cut leather hides according to specifications and design templates
- Assemble and stitch leather components using precise artisanal techniques at the workbench
- Execute colouring, gluing, and assembly operations including attachment of metallic hardware (buckles, closures, and fittings)
- Collaborate closely with pattern-making and leather-cutting departments throughout production phases
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality standards throughout all fabrication processes
- Work directly with prototype and production teams within the manufacturing facilities of partner maisons
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years
- Secondary school diploma (lower secondary education) or equivalent certification demonstrating completion of compulsory education
- Residency or domicile within a municipality of Tuscany Region
- Demonstrated manual dexterity, sensibility, and precision in detailed handiwork
- Patience and meticulous attention to detail
