Bulgari Area Retail Director position in Las Vegas, Nevada—lead regional boutiques and drive luxury jewelry sales with $205K–$225K compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of Store Directors to deliver high performance in line with company expectations and standards qualitatively and quantitatively
- Engage in clear and consistent communication with Store Teams and Corporate Partners to align with operational standards and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with VP of Retail and HR Business Partner on business operations and people strategies to achieve regional sales expectations
- Lead performance management process including KPIs on performance, CRM, and client experience, with regular follow-up with Store Directors
- Create bespoke business plans per boutique with Store Leaders focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives
- Develop targeted action plans for high-jewelry business development in partnership with merchandising teams
- Support Store Directors in identifying and recruiting high-net-worth prospects while fostering innovative business ideas through networking
- Participate in development, strategy, sales and phasing forecasts during budget preparation
- Partner with Regional Training Team to define and deploy comprehensive sales and client experience training strategy
- Collaborate with Human Resources on talent development through coaching and succession planning to identify and cultivate top talent
- Manage operational execution and ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are followed throughout the region
- Monitor and control boutique business expenses and oversee allocation of gifting and client entertainment resources
- Partner with Corporate Team on product launches, events, and market activities to enhance visibility and increase net sales
- Represent the brand at meetings, events, and work-related functions
- Travel to regional markets regularly, up to 75% of the time, including travel to New York for corporate meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of luxury retail experience
- Multi-store and/or high-volume retail management experience required
- High-end jewelry retail experience preferred
- Strong people and performance management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
